Do We Need Social Media Perfume?

Do We Need Social Media Perfume?

Adrianne Curry

Adrianne Curry is pitchwoman for Erox.

Erox, a social media perfume, was officially launched yesterday by Crowdgather. Announced last spring, the perfume’s launch will be supported by America’s Next Top Model winner Adrienne Curry.

CrowdGather partnered with Human Pheromone Sciences to produce Erox, a scent that contains a combination of pheromones, and an attraction compound called ER303, into a cocktail that has been “clinically proven to increase feelings of arousal, excitement, social warmth and friendliness in both men and women.”

Designed to tease and engage those who are active in the online social sphere, the campaign will be introduced through social networks such as forums, Twitter and Facebook,” according to the company.

Seriously?  Well, good for them if it works. I’m siting here writing about this new perfume, so they’re on their way, I guess!

Erox retails for $35.95 and is available in Canada and the U.S.  Will you rush out and buy it?
